Support cultural activities including songs, stories, and traditions that connect language to Albanian heritage
Maintain the order and beauty of the classroom environment before, during, and after sessions
Collaborate with the lead teacher to ensure consistency in the Montessori approach to language acquisition
Experience: Previous experience working with children (Montessori experience is a plus but not required)
Language Skills: Strong proficiency in Albanian (essential) and English (desirable)
Educational Philosophy: Interest in or familiarity with Montessori principles and child-led learning approaches
Observation Skills: Ability to watch and respond to children's needs without unnecessary intervention
Patience and Respect: Commitment to respecting each child's unique developmental path and cultural background
Calm Presence: Ability to maintain a peaceful atmosphere that encourages concentration and language absorption
